Free Return & Refund Policy – UK & Europe

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item due to shipping, we will replace the damaged part free of charge.

To request a replacement:

• Report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
• Send clear photos of the damaged item to our email.
• We will provide a prepaid collection label and replace the part at no extra cost.

2. Returns of Unused Items

Products cannot be altered or used if they are to be returned. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Customers are responsible for sending the product back to our warehouse.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the returned product at our warehouse. Refunds are made via the original payment method.

4. Conditions

Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or not in original packaging cannot be refunded. For damaged items due to shipping, replacements are free, as per Section 1.
