How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 5–7 working days across the UK. European deliveries typically take 7–10 working days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Assembly
Does the furniture require assembly?
Most of our pieces arrive fully assembled or require only minimal assembly (e.g., attaching legs). Detailed assembly instructions are included in the packaging where applicable.
Is professional assembly available?
We do not currently offer an in-home assembly service. However, our pieces are designed to be straightforward to set up. If you have any difficulty, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist.
Materials & Care
What materials are used in your furniture?
Our designer replica pieces are crafted using premium full-grain leather, high-density foam, and mirror-polished stainless steel frames with a minimum 12 mm frame thickness, ensuring both aesthetic quality and long-term durability.
How do I care for leather furniture?
We recommend wiping leather surfaces with a soft, dry cloth regularly. For deeper cleaning, use a specialist leather cleaner and conditioner. Avoid placing leather furniture in direct sunlight or near heat sources to prevent fading and cracking.
How do I care for the chrome/steel frame?
Wipe the frame with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid abrasive cleaners. A light application of chrome polish will maintain the mirror finish.
Warranty
What warranty do you offer?
All our furniture comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care.
How do I make a warranty claim?
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@interiorfurnishes.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?

Who pays for return shipping?
