We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Didn’t Like the Product?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re unhappy with a product, you can return it for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 14 days of delivery.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Use recorded delivery or insured shipping for protection.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging to prevent damage.
  • You are responsible for the item until it is received by us.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you have 14 days to request this.

Process:

  1. Contact us for return instructions (return shipping at your own cost).
  2. Once we receive the item and any price differences are settled, we will dispatch the replacement.

Tip: The fastest method is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days without justification.

Item conditions remain the same:

  • Unused
  • With original tags
  • In original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved, typically within 5 business days.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
